Stop the presses, because Erica Mather is a freakin' sage.  It was a pleasure to interview her, and I think you're going to get some serious wisdom listening to her story, and truth bombs.  We talk about yoga as a means of healing the body, oh yes.  We touch on body image, food, social media norms, and how to get conscious.  Oh man this is a gem, so it's time my loves, it's time to sit back relax and Let's Get INformation.  

Erica Mather is a lifelong teacher.  Her life mission is to make a difference in the world, and, hopefully, in YOUR life.

Erica’s taught thousands of people, beginning at age 17.  She’s taught, and designed curriculum on:

  • Sailing
  • Windsurfing
  • Jazz History
  • Music Theory
  • Composition
  • Classical and Jazz Piano Performance

In recent years, her attention turned to teaching yoga, and the many threads that spin off from this central topic.  Now Erica teaches on these interests:

  • Managing and Healing Injury
  • Life Planning
  • Body Image Positivity

In 2009 Ana Forrest invited Erica to become part of an elite circle of teachers, The Guardians, senior teachers who are entrusted with passing along the Forrest legacy.
